Christmas Bazaar A Success! | 7th December 2006
The first Christmas Bazaar to be held in Holy Trinity Church rather than the village hall was a great success....

The 2006 Christmas bazaar held this year inside Holy Trinity and the church hall was a great success that not even the rain could stop. The event raised a staggering £1100 for Holy Trinity Church and our charities.

With stalls selling everything from cards, wrapping paper, gifts and candles, the event was a popular stop gap for locals before heading in to Guildford.

Barry Tidman, Church Warden at Holy Trinity was overjoyed with the day saying "..holding the Bazaar in the church added that extra Christmas ambiance that not even the thundery showers could stop".
